Naser Abu Hilal

Investment Manager

Naser Abu Hilal joined GMS Capital Partners LLC in March 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating, advising on and executing private equity investment opportunities as well as providing support in transactions in connection with GMS Holdings’ portfolio globally.

Prior to joining GMS, Naser was a corporate finance manager at PwC, where he managed several M&A engagements covering a range of industries. Prior to joining PwC, Naser worked in Capital Investments, an investment bank in Jordan, where he ran a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, valuations and capital raising. He has experience across a broad range of industries. Naser started his career at HSBC Bank Middle East Limited (Jordan).

Naser holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting and Finance from Yarmouk University and he is a CFA Charterholder. Naser is currently an Executive MBA Candidate at IE Business School.
